  When Mission Becomes Personal   There is a quiet shift that happens when someone realizes that the Great Commission stops being an idea and becomes personal.   For a long time I understood mission as something structured through programmes, outreach, crusades, door-to-door activities and planned engagements. But I have begun to see it differently. Mission is not something I go out to do. It is something I am already surrounded by.   It is in my family. It is in my friends. It is in the everyday conversations I often overlook with my neighbour in the estate, the waiter I meet in the restaurant or my workmate.   What has been most revealing is that the challenge is not availability but intentionality.   I have realised that it is easy to carry a general desire to share my faith without being deliberate about people.
